Enterprise Resource Planning

ERP Systems are integrated computer-based systems used to manage all the issues within company. ERP Systems are used to manage internal and external resources, including tangible assests, financial resources, materials and human resources. From a technical point of view, ERP is a software architecture whose purpose to facilitate the information flow between all business functions inside the boundaries of the organisation and manage the connections to outside stakeholders. SAP AG (German: Systeme, Anwendungen, Produkte / English: Systems, Applications, Products in Data Processing) was founded in 1972 by five former IBM employees. Today, SAP is the third-largest independent software vendor. SAP’s head office is located in Walldorf, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
